Product Specifications
The 1.9T RZ4E diesel engine uses a long-stroke design. When the displacement is reduced, the cylinder diameter is reduced to 80mm, and the stroke is increased to 94.4mm. This is a typical gasoline engine design idea, which can reduce the engine speed at maximum torque output and achieve better fuel economy.
Reduce friction, quieter and stronger
The 1.9T RZ4E diesel engine uses a new aluminum alloy crankcase. The small diameter design reduces the contact surface between the crankshaft and the connecting rod, and adds low-pressure piston rings and diamond DLC coatings to the piston pin and the injection port to further reduce friction.
