So far, more than 1,300 vehicles have been exported, with an export value of 200 million yuan, and more than 10 used car export upstream and downstream enterprises have gathered, adding new momentum to the high-quality development of Guiyang and Gui'an's open economy.

Entering the China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base, the staff of Guiyang Silk Road Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. are connecting with overseas customers contacted during the Canton Fair online to discuss the subsequent signing of contracts. During this year's Canton Fair, the company's order transaction amount exceeded US$5 million, and the used car export business showed a growth trend.

"Relying on the China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base, the company has the complete industrial chain service capabilities for used car exports, from obtaining overseas orders, signing foreign trade contracts, initiating vehicle procurement, vehicle preparation, inspection and registration, to completing exports... At present, we are actively deploying overseas logistics and distribution systems, improving overseas after-sales service systems, and have built overseas after-sales service centers in Almaty, Kazakhstan, St. Petersburg, Russia, and Vientiane, Laos." Li Xianlin, deputy general manager of the company, said that it will take advantage of the platform advantages of the China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base to continuously improve channels, improve service efficiency, and continue to expand used car export business.

Since the base was listed, Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone has comprehensively promoted the construction of China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base in accordance with the planning and layout of "one core + two platforms + three centers" (one core is Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, two platforms are online public service comprehensive platform, cross-border e-commerce marketing platform, three centers are offline business service center, port transit service center, overseas after-sales service center). Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone gives full play to the policy advantages, channel advantages and comprehensive service platform advantages of the special customs supervision zone, actively integrates the resources of various business associations, financial institutions, and automobile production, inspection and maintenance, trade and other enterprises, creates the second-hand car export industry ecology in Guiyang, and strives to promote the agglomeration and development of second-hand car export business. In December 2022, Guiyang was approved to become a region in my country to carry out used car export business. In April 2023, three Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone enterprises, namely Guizhou Comprehensive Bonded Automobile Trade Import and Export Co., Ltd., Guizhou Zhongmin Trading Co., Ltd., and Guiyang Silk Road Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., passed the review of the Ministry of Commerce and became the first batch of used car export pilot enterprises in Guiyang. With the concerted efforts of the commerce, customs, traffic management, taxation, market supervision and other departments, the Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone enterprises completed the first business on May 24, 2023, achieving a "zero breakthrough" in the export of used cars in Guiyang and Guizhou. On December 1, 2023, the China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base was listed and put into use in the Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
